In keeping with our mission statement FDCTA has developed an awards program that hopefully will promote and educate members in the disciplines of dressage and eventing.
To enter any of the awards program one must be a current paid up member of FDCTA in good standing.
The program is open to horse and rider teams. A horse and rider team may win a division only one time. The object of the awards system is to encourage teams to advance in their training. You may continue to compete at a level that you have previously have won but your scores will not be counted toward year end awards.
The awards program begins January 1 of the current year and ends November 1. You must be enrolled in the program before your first competition for the scores to count. The deadline will be determined by the postmark. Scores obtained before entering and declaring your division will not be counted.
Fun Show participants are required to enter and declare their divisions before the first show. These can be either mailed to the awards chairperson or be hand delivered at the first show.
Fun Show participants must turn in a copy of the front of their test to the awards chairperson before November 1. Make sure the name of horse and rider, date, score, and judges name are on the front of the test sheet.
